Brauwerman, Jeffrey N.

Mr. Brandt obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and was ranked second in his graduating class at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Mr. Brandt has over 30 years experience representing businesses and banks. He serves as general counsel for many of the largest businesses in northern Michigan, as well as general counsel for several Michigan banks. In addition to his general counsel practice, he also concentrates on business sales, acquisition and mergers (he has acted as either Seller's or Buyer's counsel in transactions totaling over a billion dollars).

Mr. Brandt has been selected to Michigan Super Lawyers for several years in a row.  Mr. Brandt also possesses an "AV" rating, which is the highest peer review rating by Martindale Hubbell.
