Ms. Branch joins our firm after over 15 years of diverse experience with many governmental agencies. While in law school, Ms. Branch served as a legal intern under the Honorable James W. Benton, Jr. with the Virginia Court of Appeals. Ms. Branch also worked for the Virginia Council on Human Rights, where she negotiated the largest discrimination settlement in the history of the agency. Most recently Ms. Branch served as a Staff Attorney for the Virginia Office for Protection and Advocacy. There she worked to advocate for the rights of disabled persons and repeatedly earned honors for her outstanding service to people with disabilities, as well as a certificate for earning 100% client satisfaction. After earning her bachelors degree from Westhampton College at the University of Richmond, Ms. Branch earned her law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law, also at the University of Richmond, in 1993.
Ms. Branch joined the Lawrence and Associates Employment Law Team in 2006 and will represent clients in a range of employment law cases.
She has been admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions:
