Zac counsels clients in the structure and formation of business entities and represents clients in various forms of reorganization, including mergers, conversions, and dissolutions.  He also represents clients in a wide variety of business transactions of all sizes, from simple to complex.

Mergers/Acquisitions and Divestitures

Zac also represent clients in both acquiring and disposing of entities and assets.
