Mr. Brady was born in Raleigh, North Carolina in 1953. Mr. Brady attended the University of North Carolina and graduated in 1976, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and he received his law degree from the Wake Forest School of Law in 1982. Mr. Brady is also a Certified Public Accountant and Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Mr. Brady is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations, the North Carolina Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. North Carolina Bar Estate Planning and Fiduciary Section, former treasurer of the North Carolina Food Bank, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina and a member of the Philanthropic Advisory Committee of The Catalyst Project. In addition, Mr. Brady is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, taxation, trusts and probate. Mr. Brady's practice includes estate planning, wealth transfer, general business, taxation and business organizations.
