Dr. Brad Bradshaw is a licensed physician, surgeon and lawyer. He has worked as co-counsel and consulted with lawyers throughout the United States - from Florida to New York to California. Dr. Bradshaw has obtained licenses to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, Texas, and Washington D.C.; and he is licensed to practice medicine in Missouri and Hawaii. Dr. Bradshaw is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which is an organization limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. Dr. Bradshaw has received multiple settlements of greater than $2,000,000 in medical malpractice cases, and a settlement of greater than $10,000,000 in a case involving birth injuries. Dr. Bradshaw has also developed an expertise in handling trucking cases (semi-truck, tractor-trailer and commercial trucks). He has obtained record verdicts, including multi-million dollar jury verdicts, for his injured clients. Dr. Bradshaw's experience and success were acknowledged by his peers who unanimously voted him to become Chairperson of the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group (ITLG) for 2010-2011. ITLG is a nationwide association of trucking-lawyers who specialize in trucking settlements and litigation. These lawyers are members of the United States' largest public justice organization, the American Association for Justice. ITLG's members come from almost every state in the United States of America. With over 400 members during Dr. Bradshaw's term as Chair, it is clearly the largest group of trial lawyers working together to help trucking victims in their fight against the wealthy and oppressive insurance/trucking corporations.

Dr. Bradshaw grew up in the Springfield, Missouri area. He was accepted into the Accelerated Medical School Program at the University of Missouri, Kansas City: School of Medicine at the age of eighteen. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Bradshaw worked in a surgical residence program at the University of Hawaii. In addition to his surgical training, Dr. Bradshaw has specialized training in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry. He also received certification in Clinical Obstetrics from Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Bradshaw attended law school at the University of Missouri, Kansas City: School of Law. After graduating, Dr. Bradshaw worked briefly for the president of the Missouri Trial Lawyer's Association in Kansas City. Dr. Bradshaw has offices in St. Louis, Missouri and in his hometown of Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Bradshaw has worked with and helped attorneys throughout the United States although he concentrates his practice in Missouri. His licenses in other states are often in an "inactive" status unless working on a case in that state. Dr. Bradshaw works with a co-counsel, often called a local counsel, when working in states other than Missouri. Dr. Bradshaw has received training from some of America's greatest trial lawyers. He attended and graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer's College in 1997. His instructors included:

  • Gerry Spence, considered by many to be America's best trial lawyer. Mr. Spence has never lost a criminal case and has not lost a civil case since 1969. His numerous courtroom victories have included the Karen Silkwood case (dramatized in the movie Silkwood, starring Meryl Streep and Cher); "Ruby Ridge" murder case (Mr. Spence defended Randy Weaver on charges of killing a U.S. Marshall), and he also successfully defended Imelda Marcos on embezzling charges.
  • "Racehorse" Haynes is one of America's top trial lawyers. Mr. Hayne's success has been portrayed in the movie Prescription Murder.
  • Morris Dees, considered being America's top trial lawyer in the area of civil rights and other related constitutional rights. Mr. Dees represented Medger Ever's widow in a civil case. The related criminal case was depicted in the movie Ghosts of Mississippi.
