Ms. Braasch’s practice focuses on general civil litigation with an emphasis on the handling of construction defect litigation, in which she has represented developers, architects, engineers and subcontractors. In addition, Ms. Braasch has more than 30 years of experience in handling defense of personal injury, premises liability, subrogation and product defect litigation. Ms. Braasch has handled complex litigation cases from inception through mediation, arbitration and trial.
Ms. Braasch graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine in 1980 with a B.S. in Social Ecology. She then attended the University of Southern California where she received her Juris Doctor degree in 1983. She is admitted to practice in all of the courts in the state of California, the United States District Court and the United State Court of Appeals.
