Mr. Bracamontes also has substantial experience in landlord-tenant law, including unlawful detainers, move-in evictions, wrongful evictions, Anti-SLAPP motions, and Ellis Act evictions.

Mr. Bracamontes has acheived significant six and seven figure results in employment and personal injury cases for plaintiffs.

Mr. Bracamontes earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he worked at the Worker's Rights Clinic and was a member of the La Raza Law Journal.
