Emil Bova has significant experience representing private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds, and public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, dispositions, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. His practice also includes counseling clients on day-to-day corporate matters involving corporate governance and compliance, fiduciary duties, and general contract matters. From 2005 to 2006, Emil was seconded to the in-house legal department of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. in Iwata, Japan.
