Bowden, Joel G.

Mr. Boustani has helped clients successfully prosecute and defend matters involving unfair competition, unfair business practices, employment law, corporate and partnership disputes, municipal law, First Amendment violations, contracts, and health care. In the course of representing ECG's clients, he has drafted motions and briefs in both state and federal courts that have enforced the rights and preserved the claims of ECG's clients. He has handled all aspects of pre-trial discovery. Moreover, Mr. Boustani has worked on several matters in the U.S. district courts of California and California appellate courts.

Mr. Boustani received a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from UCLA. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2010 from Columbia Law School. During law school, Mr. Boustani interned at the Cook County States Attorney's Office and the San Francisco Public Defender's Office.
