Born, raised and currently residing in New Orleans but also have a residence in Lafayette. Upon graduating LSU in Baton Rouge, LA with a B.S in Construction, I went to work for J. Ray McDermott, a world-wide oil field construction company as an engineer. I worked overseas in the oil fields of the North Sea, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Upon returning, I owned and operated several businesses in the New Orleans area. Then went to law school, with
"real-life" experiences to better understand the legal profession.
Because of my hands on working background, I identify more readily with people that incur problems. As the cliché goes, “been there, done that.” As a business owner, I know what it is like to worry about company problems. This also puts me in a better position to understand and work with a person’s personal problems, from any walk of life. I have walked in your shoes.
