Molly is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is a member of the Business Litigation Section and practices principally in the areas of:
- General litigation
- Regulatory compliance
- Labor and employment
- Breach of contract disputes
- Railroad litigation
- Mortgage banking litigation
- Personal injury
Molly has a diversified practice that includes general business litigation matters, such as breach of contract disputes, as well as complex litigation between regulatory bodies and businesses. She also consults and assists clients on personal injury and property damage disputes. Her experience primarily consists of defense litigation in federal court, which has involved notable contract, railroad, mortgage banking and employment litigation.
Prior to joining Briggs, Molly clerked for the Honorable Paul A. Magnuson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. She currently serves as co-chair for the Publications Committee of Minnesota Women Lawyers. She is also a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and women’s marketing group.
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Molly received her B.A. magna cum laude in business management and Spanish from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota. She received her law degree summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, where she was an assistant editor for the William Mitchell Law Review. Molly joined Briggs in 2005.
