He received his B.A. from Stetson University In DeLand, Florida where he played Division I men's tennis and subsequently worked in Houston, Texas as a natural gas and electricity trads analyst. Following the collapse of. Enron, Chris attended law school at Stetson University College of Law and later practiced with KPMG, LLP.

Chris Is a Professor of Business Law at the University of Tampa and often teaches continuing education classes for real estate professionals and attorneys,
