Borges, Joseph K.

Graduated from Ball State University in 1970 joined the army and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant served four years then attended law school graduating in 1977 passing the bar and going to work in the prosecutor's office in Morgan County. In 1979 I opened my own practice in Martinsville Indiana and in 1981 joined with Steve Oliver to form the partnership of Boren and Oliver. Together with Mr. Oliver we have pursued numerous cases for our injured clients with successful representation against the largest Corporations in the world including Textron, Wal-Mart and General Motors. I have been involved and successfully defended numerous clients charged criminally including the defense of a twelve year old boy charged with Murder. Other than trial work my passions in life are Quail hunting with my bird dogs, Down Hill skiing in Colorado, Running and Weight Training. I recently, five years ago, became a private pilot and I am now working in my Instrument Rating.
