Martha D. Bolton earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then completed her Juris Doctor with Honors while attending the University of Baltimore. Ms. Bolton further continued her education and earned a Master’s in Legal and Ethical Studies.Ms. Bolton was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association and subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar.
Ms. Bolton started her legal career by practicing law in Chicago, Illinois. During her initial years of practice, she focused on litigation on behalf of Plaintiffs. Ms. Bolton relocated to the state of Florida and continued her litigation practice with concentration on cases involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, and employment law. She has argued at the appellate level with reported decisions in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and civil rights.
Martha Bolton is an Associate Attorney at KEL and has over 12 years of litigation experience. She devotes her time to cases involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, and employment law in the firm’s Tampa Office.
