Thomas M. Bond, Esq. is a trial lawyer and proctor in admiralty who has specialized in litigation for more than twenty years. His trial practice, includes Admiralty and Maritime Law, Construction, Product Liability, Automobile, Personal Injury and General Liability.
Mr. Bond, who regularly practices in federal and state court, has argued or briefed over twenty five cases before various courts of appeal, including the United States Supreme Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell the highest rating available in recognition of his attainment of the height of professional excellence and the highest levels of skill and integrity.
A frequent lecturer on Admiralty Law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Bond has also lectured nationally before the Tulane Admiralty Law Institute in New Orleans and the American Association for Justice.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and serves on the amicus curiae committee, which drafts and submits briefs in important Massachusetts cases affecting the rights of injured people. Mr. Bond is also a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice and has degrees from Northeastern University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1982) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1985).
Mr. Bond is an active volunteer in his Middlesex County community where he lives with his wife of twenty years, two teen-aged daughters, and two Labrador Retriever.
