Partnership and shareholder disputes have been a significant focus of Mr. Bomstein's litigation practice over the last several years. Mr. Bomstein also dedicates his efforts to advance his clients' interest in quiet title suits, medical malpractice cases and other, complex litigation. In 2009, as lead counsel, he helped settle a real estate partnership suit that recovered over $229 million in property interests and cash to his clients.
