Michael P. Boiczyk is a partner in the firm practicing in the area of commercial real estate and business transactions. His commercial real estate practice includes the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases (Landlord and Tenant) for office, retail, industrial and self-storage; the representation of owners, developers and builders in the purchase, sale and financing of office buildings, industrial buildings, retail shopping centers, self-storage facilities and residential subdivisions, including the drafting, review and negotiation of all documents relating thereto; and the representation of lenders in commercial loan closings, including the drafting and negotiation of all loan documents. His business transaction practice includes representation of buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses of all types in both asset purchase and stock purchase transactions; the drafting and negotiating of corporate, partnership, limited liability company and related contracts, including the formation of such entities; and advising business owners in all areas of business operations, including preparation, review and negotiation of various business and employment contracts. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the University of Connecticut Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the New Britain Bar Association
