A graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School David has been involved in real estate all of his working life. Starting as a framer for a local home builder David worked his way through law school and established Foundation Title Agency, Ltd. as a compliment to my real estate law practice. Recently David merged Foundation Title with another title agency to concentrate on real estate law and, as a licensed Realtor, a focus on real estate acquisition and property management. He is Of Counsel with Madison & Rosan, LLP. As a licensed attorney, real estate agent and former title agent, David has a unique and complete understanding of real estate.
