Bollinger, Bobby L.

Daniel J. Boger is a resident of Farmington, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University's Fayette Campus where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University's College of Law.
