Boisen, Joanna Plichta

Robert D. Bohm is a trial lawyer who exclusively represents injured people and their families in cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury. For nearly 35 years, Robert has limited his practice to the representation of people injured through the negligence of others. He has represented thousands of Arizonans who have been injured by such misconduct. On behalf of his clients he has collected millions of dollars from large insurance companies, major corporations, and numerous others who have caused harm to those clients.

Robert is a graduate of Northern Illinois University (B.S. 1969), and the University of Arizona (J.D. 1977).He was born in Sterling, Illinois and grew up in the farm and industrial towns of Tampico and Sterling, Illinois.  He has lived in Arizona since 1970.

Mr. Bohm handles cases throughout the States of Arizona and Washington involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury including, but not limited to: car and truck accidents, premises liability, including resort and hotel injuries, falls, sexual assault and failure to provide adequate security; nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, birth injuries.  Every case accepted by Knapp & Roberts is thoroughly investigated, carefully prepared, and aggressively litigated.

Robert has been a guest lecturer at Arizona State University College of Law on tort litigation as well as at continuing legal education courses sponsored by the American Association for Justice, Arizona Association for Justice, Maricopa County Bar Association, Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, A.T.
