Esmee Bohm has advised national and international companies on European and German merger control and antitrust law. She has been involved in several merger control and other competition matters before both the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. In addition, Ms. Bohm has been involved in successful early conclusions of Phase II cases before the European Commission.
