Fred Boettcher recently resigned from Boettcher, Boettcher & Lobaugh and Boettcher, Martin, Jean & Jackson to form the new firm of Fred Boettcher Law.
Boettcher graduated from St. Louis University in 1961. Thereafter, he served in the USAF. He was honorably discharged in 1964. He then attended law school at University of Oklahoma and Georgetown University graduating in 1967.
He has been in the private practice for 41 years always representing working men and women. Boettcher served in the Oklahoma Legislature from 1969 to 1974 always working for wage earners and their rights.
He founded the organization Lawyers for Working Oklahomans which is an organization with state wide influence in protecting the rights of injured workers. He also forced the statewide organizations Working Oklahomans Alliance with members in all 77 counties. He will represent injured workers and assist in personal injury litigations as well.
Mr. Boettcher and his wife, Suzanne, live in Ponca City, Oklahoma and have 4 children.
