Laird represents internet service providers in all aspects of their business from mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues, software development and licensing agreements, internet and general contracting matters, and the drafting, establishment, and enforcement of policies to ensure the clients compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Laird also represents individual and corporate clients in front of the federal, state, and local taxing authorities in tax controversy matters.
