A lifelong resident of Indiana, Mr. Bloch graduated from Cathedral High School in 1996. He received his undergraduate degree in Information Systems from Xavier University in 2000 and earned his law degree from Indiana University, School of Law - Indianapolis in 2003, where he received the Norman Leftstein Award of Excellence. Mr. Bloch is a member of the Indiana Bar and admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern District of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit. He is a former Commissioner of the Marion Circuit Court - Paternity Division where he served for approxiately three and one half years. Mr. Bloch is also a member of the Board of Directors of Reach for Youth, Inc., and an active participant in their Teen Court and other juvenile offender diversion programs. He currently resides in Fishers, Indiana.
