William R. Blumer is a shareholder of the firm and practices in the areas of business law, with an emphasis on business succession planning and tax planning, estate planning, estate administration, elder law and real estate law. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior, Commonwealth and Common Pleas Courts. A graduate of Bucknell University (B. A., Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and the Dickinson School of Law, he received his Masters of Law Degree in Taxation from Villanova University. Mr. Blumer is a member of the Berks County Estate Planning Council, the Berks County Bar Association's Estate Planning and Taxation Sections and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Reading Symphony Orchestra and the Berks County Senior Citizen Council, Inc.
