Clint conducts a true general legal practice, and has been involved in a broad range of cases and other matters involving civil litigation, real property, probate, estate planning, and business planning. His goal is to continue to work in these practice areas, but also begin to devote more time and resources to the needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs, such as business planning, financing law, intellectual property, employment issues, contracts, estate planning, and buy/sell issues.
Clint joined Kitchens, Benton, Kitchens and Newell in January 2000 after completing his legal education at Wake Forest University School of Law in December 1999. At Wake Forest, he was involved in the Student Trial Bar and was a staff member of the Wake Forest Law Review. Clint also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in entrepreneurship and finance at Baylor University in 1995.
Clint was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association in April 2000 and maintains membership in the Webster Bossier, and Shreveport Parish Bar Associations as well.
