Ms. Black graduated with honors in anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. After working for the Missouri Department of Health, Ms. Black moved to New Orleans to begin law school at Tulane. There, Adrienne was a member of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and treasurer for the Tulane chapter of the National Association of Counsel for Children. Ms. Black also participated in the Tulane Criminal Law Clinic and was the student director of POPS (Project for the Parole of Older Prisoners). After graduating cum laude from Tulane in 2005, Ms. Black joined the law firm of Sullivan Stolier Knight LC. Her practice focuses on business formations and transactions; hospital licensing and Medicare compliance; and general health law.
