All trial lawyers have the will to win;
Few have the will to prepare to win.
In my personal philosophy regarding the practice of law, I have found no better statement to exemplify what I believe is the key to winning a case. You will never find a lawyer who will tell you that he wants to lose. A lawyer always wants to win but wanting to win and working to win are two totally different matters. The key is to find a lawyer that will work to win your case. Every case is different. Every client is different with different needs and desires. It takes work to serve your client and a client deserves nothing less than your very best effort.
