Jennifer Bishop's practice includes a broad range of civil litigation matters. Jennifer has extensive experience in products liability and mass tort litigation. She also has significant experience in class action, commercial, intellectual property, state tax, and securities litigation.

Jennifer represents public entities and private companies in manufacturing, oil and gas, retail, safety products, and telecommunications, among other industries. Most recently, Jennifer defended Mattel and Target Corporation in lead paint recall cases. She also recently represented a technology company in suits involving breach of contract and patent infringement. Jennifer's other representations include litigation matters for Experian Information Solutions, Michaels Stores, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Tesoro Corporation, and Textron in state and federal courts throughout the United States. In many of Jennifer's representations, she manages large groups of junior attorneys and staff, overseeing pretrial matters and electronic discovery.

Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. She serves on the executive board of directors for Rainbow Days, a nonprofit agency that works with at-risk children to prevent drug and alcohol abuse. She is also a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas and a volunteer attorney with Legal Aid of North West Texas and the Legal Hospice of Texas.
