Bitterman, Stephanie K.

JENNIFER A. BINGHAM concentrates her practice in the area of matrimonial law, representing individuals in all aspects of divorce, paternity, antenuptial agreements, and child custody matters. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and New England School of Law, Ms. Bingham has been named a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Ms. Bingham is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a Board Member of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Inn of Court, and the co-chair of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Family Law Advisory Board. She formerly served as the Chair of the Legislation Committee for the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association.

Ms. Bingham regularly appears before the Probate and Family Courts of Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth and Worcester Counties. She has lectured and authored materials in the area of family law for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Boston Bar Association, Boston College School of Law and Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Bingham is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and New York Bar, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Justices of the Probate and Family Court where she focused on family and probate law.
