Bissinger, Fredrick J.

Mike is a lifelong resident of West Fargo, North Dakota.  In 1996, he graduated from Moorhead State University, with a Bachelor of Science in the Legal Assistant program.  He received his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1999.

Mike is licensed to practice in both North Dakota and Minnesota, and is a member of both the North Dakota and Minnesota State Bar Associations.  His practice is focused primarily on family law issues, such as divorce, custody, and adoption.  Mike also handles debt collection matters.

Mike and his wife, Stacey, live in West Fargo with their two sons, Connor and Carter.  In his spare time, Mike enjoys coaching his sons' teams and spending time with his family members.
