In my career, I have been blessed to represent many amazing people and their families. My greatest reward is the knowledge that my team's hard work and sacrifice has made a positive difference in the lives of many of our clients.
I joined the firm in the summer of 2000. In June of 2001, I left the firm to serve as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Dean Whipple, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Upon completion of my clerkship in the summer of 2003, I returned to the firm. I have represented individuals and families injured by defective products, medical negligence or simply the careless acts of others. To my clients, cases are not about money; rather, cases are about changing corporate policy for the better; cases are about improving medical care in their community; or they are about honoring the memory of a loved-one by holding a wrong-doer responsible for his or her conduct. Regardless of my client's motivation, their battles become my battles and together we have affected much positive change.
I was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and I have lived in the area my entire life. Outside of the practice of law I try to spend as much time as I can with the five most beautiful women in the world: my wife Liz, and my four daughters, Reese, Paige, Laine and Grace.
