Jeremy Binkley's practice focuses primarily on complex issues in Admiralty & Maritime law as well as insurance coverage and personal injury defense. He has handled client matters at the state and federal level in Texas and Louisiana.
Mr. Binkley earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2008. While at UH, Mr. Binkley competed on the Moot Court team and wrote two award winning briefs for the John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court competition.
In addition to his experience in maritime law, Mr. Binkley has a background in technology and received his B.S. in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University in 2004. Mr. Binkley's advanced understanding of technology has proven helpful in all areas of his legal practice, but especially when representing clients with issues involving electronic discovery and digital investigations.
Mr. Binkley enjoys working hard for his clients and obtaining favorable results. When not practicing law, he enjoys competitive shooting, spending time with his two rescue dogs, and volunteering with Child Advocates
