Travis Biffar focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on securities and corporate governance issues. He has represented clients in a wide array of disputes, including class action lawsuits arising under the federal securities laws, shareholder derivative actions, proxy contests, and contested mergers and acquisitions.

Travis has coauthored a number of publications, including "Director Independence:  Impartiality or Isolation?" Practising Law Institute's Corporate Compliance Institute 2004 and "Setting the Record Straight on the Significance of Social & Business Ties Among Directors," Practising Law Institute's Advanced Corporate Compliance Workshop 2004.

Travis is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
