Mr. Billingsley joined Morgan & Weisbrod in September, 2009, after graduating from Tulane University Law School. His experience includes internships with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as well as advocating for the rights of the disabled as a founding member of the Tulane Disability Law Society. Mr. Billingsley now dedicates his practice entirely to the representation of Social Security Disability claimants, handling cases being appealed before the Appeals Council and Federal District Courts.
