Billowitz, Elizabeth A.

Elizabeth Billies' work in Family Law spans every aspect from, preparing pre- and post-nuptial agreements to obtaining no-fault and fault divorces as well as the resolution of equitable distribution issues.

Her clients also value her collaborative approach to resolving the critical issues of child support and child custody. Additionally she has worked diligently to defend clients and, where necessary, prosecute abuse actions.

Through her experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan Devlin Scott, Liz learned aspects that have become essential to her representation of the best interests of her clients.
