Ted Bilich practices complex litigation, helping clients to win, resolve, and avoid business disputes. Ted focuses on class actions and other multiparty, multijurisdictional civil cases in jurisdictions around the United States across a broad range of substantive areas, including consumer fraud, consumer finance, mass tort, antitrust, securities, and employment law. He also has substantial experience in corporate internal investigations and white-collar criminal cases.

Ted recently represented Constellation Energy in settlement of a class action alleging fly ash contamination, Computer Sciences Corporation in a class action involving computer software and the insurance market, Experian Information Solutions in class actions involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Driver's Privacy Protection Act, and numerous hospital systems in proposed mass qui tam actions relating to the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute.

Ted teaches class actions and other multiparty litigation as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center. He coauthored the Thomson*West casebook Class Actions and Other Multiparty Litigation (2d ed. 2006). Ted is the board chair of Creative Arlington (a business and community innovation group), a commissioner on the Arlington (Virginia) Economic Development Commission, and a member of the board of directors of the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust.
