Bienvenu, Marvin A.

Following receipt of his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 1975, Mr. Bieler attended and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 1978. Mr. Bieler was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1978. Since that time, Mr. Bieler has practice primarily in the Hamilton County, Ohio courts, as well as Butler, Warren and Clermont counties in Ohio. Mr. Bieler's practice has included a wide range of areas, primarily representing the interests of individuals and small businesses.

Mr. Bieler presently focuses his practice in areas of personal injury and wrongful death claims representing the interests of injured persons, general civil litigation, representation of small businesses and business planning and development, real estate issues such as eminent domain, zoning, valuation issues, construction disputes and purchase contract development and disputes. Mr. Bieler is also experienced in and remains involved in child custody and visitation issues and probate issues.

Mr. Bieler has served as the court appointed Special Master and Trustee for a class action multi-million dollar settlement fund, administering all aspects of that fund and establishing and implementing a process for soliciting, evaluating and deciding claims for compensation from class members. Mr. Bieler has also served, by court appointment, as counsel and assistant to other such trustees of class action settlement funds. He has been retained as a consultant to assist in establishing similar programs, been retained to serve as a mediator and facilitator of the structuring and resolution of multi party settlements and has assisted attorneys is distributing settlement or award proceeds involving multiple parties. Mr. Bieler is currently assisting a nationally prominent firm in its management and prosecution of claims on behalf of its numerous clients participating in an ongoing, global products liability class action and settlement claims process.

Mr. Bieler is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Bieler enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, logging many miles each year, participating in charitable runs and supporting ABATE and issues impacting the rights and safety of motorcycle riders.
