Mr. Bhagat focuses his practice on general litigation and also has representative experience in the areas of employment litigation and real estate/property litigation.
Prior to joining Buckingham, Mr. Bhagat served as a fellow for the Great Lakes Manufacturing Council. There, he analyzed economic programs designed to encourage innovation in the manufacturing industry. He also worked with the government and private sector to identify and target opportunities for economic growth.
While in law school, Mr. Bhagat served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Arthur I. Harris of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio and for the Honorable John E. Hoffman, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio.
