Biek, David L.

Ms. Bieber is an associate in the Business Department and is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group.  Her practice focuses on the representation of various clients in transactions involving real estate finance, real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate leasing and the formation of joint ventures.

Ms. Bieber received her B.A., magna cum laude, in 1994 from George Washington University.  She received her J.D., cum laude, in 2002 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she was an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.

Ms. Bieber has lectured on commercial finance and real estate issues, including securitized real estate financing and due diligence in real estate transactions.

Ms. Bieber is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
