Colleen P. Bianco Bezich is an associate with the firm. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Government Entity Law, Land Use Law And Real Estate Litigation Including Redevelopment Matters, Eminent Domain Proceedings And Actions In Lieu Of Prerogative Writs.

Ms. Bianco Bezich received her juris doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2010. She received her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University in 2009. She received her bachelor's degree magna cum laude in 2003 from Ithaca College.

Prior to receiving her juris doctorate degree and joining the firm, Ms. Bianco Bezich worked as an Administrator of a New Jersey municipality for several years. She has substantial experience related to municipal economic development projects including but not limited to: greyfields and brownfields redevelopment, projects involving eminent domain, interlocal agreements and shared services, constituent relations, grant writing, financial oversight (including annual budget preparation), development of personnel policies and procedures, and building bi-partisan support for municipal and county-wide projects.

Ms. Bianco Bezich is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Ms. Bianco Bezich was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1982.
