Bhagat, Neil

Zach Bertke's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation of public and private companies. He has worked on a number of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, distressed transactions, restructurings, and joint ventures. Zach advises clients on corporate governance and securities disclosure matters, and he counsels boards of directors and senior management on fiduciary duty issues.

Zach also has assisted clients with the formation of tax-exempt organizations, compliance with state and federal laws governing the activities of tax-exempt organizations, and mergers and acquisitions among tax-exempt organizations.
