Bettenhausen, Nathan P.

Mr. Bevis is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation.  Mr. Bevis attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia graduating with a B.A. in History in 2000.  He attended Rutgers-Camden School of Law, and graduated in May 2006. 

Mr. Bevis served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen L. Suter, J.S.C. in the Burlington County Superior Court.  Before entering law school, Mr. Bevis worked as an adjuster for Crawford and Company, an independent adjusting firm.

Mr. Bevis is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, but practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.  Mr. Bevis handles matters concerning products liability, negligence, construction defect and complex fire losses from investigation through litigation.
