Mr. Beutelschies' practice concentrates in the areas of corporate law, health care, mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce, real estate, finance, environmental law and business litigation. He obtained his Bachelor of Science of Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law. Mr. Beutelschies is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Arkansas. He is an Assistant Shelby County Attorney and a Member of the Memphis, Arkansas, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
