Susan Best focuses her practice in labor and employment law, including all forms of discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, state and federal wage claims, whistle blowing, wrongful termination, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Susan graduated from the University of Iowa with Honors and obtained her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law. She graduated from law school, magna cum laude, was the President of the Public Interest Law Society, Symposium Editor of the Law Review, and a Member of the Moot Court Team. Also while in law school, Susan’s article on employment discrimination entitled, Sexual Favoritism: A Cause of Action Under the Sex-Plus Theory, was published in NIU’s Law Review.

Susan is licensed to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
