Berry, Bryan R.

Mr. Berry focuses his practice on representing clients in litigated and non-litigated business-to-business disputes such as breach of contract matters, loan enforcement actions, construction matters, insurance disputes, regulatory matters, business torts and professional liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Berry served for three years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Greene County, Missouri, where he successfully prosecuted and tried numerous major felony cases ranging from assaults and weapons violations to murder.

Mr. Berry served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Phillip R. Garrison of the Missouri Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2004.

During law school, Mr. Berry worked in the Criminal Division of the Missouri Attorney General's Office where he assisted in the defense of state felony convictions at the appellate level.
