Marshall Berkoff is a partner and served as the firm's Employment Law Coordinator from the inception of the LPA program until 1997. His practice includes serving private and public sector clients in all phases of traditional labor work including agency proceedings, union elections, certification and decertification, collective bargaining, grievance and interest arbitration proceedings, labor advice and counsel. He practices before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission, the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Equal Rights Division of LIRC, and the Unemployment Compensation Division of the Department of Workforce Development.
