CHRISTY R. BERGERON is an associate in the firm's New Orleans office, whose practice is concentrated in commercial bankruptcy, complex litigation, commercial real estate, business transactions and commercial finance. Ms. Bergeron has extensive experience in commercial bankruptcy, representing both creditors and debtors, as well as in litigation arising in the complex commercial bankruptcies. Ms. Bergeron has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial law including formation, partnership agreements, shareholder disputes, dissolution, and contracts, as well as in commercial finance, including mortgage lending, maritime finance and asset based finance. Ms. Bergeron also represents clients in commercial acquisitions, commercial real estate and leasing.

Christy Bergeron is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and all courts of Louisiana, the Texas Supreme Court and all courts of Texas.
