Kenneth Berger was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He left Columbia during his college years, studying at the University of Washington and Harvard University before graduating Magna Cum Laude from the College of Charleston in 2004.
Mr. Berger returned home after deciding that he wanted to live, practice law, and serve the community in which he was raised. He therefore attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2008. Mr. Berger received multiple CALI (formerly AmJur) Awards while in law school, and was among the top 33% of his graduating class.
Mr. Berger has dedicated his professional career to the representation of the injured and aggrieved. His practice focuses on the fields of personal injury, workers' compensation, and civil litigation. More specifically, Mr. Berger seeks to represent individuals and families in cases involving auto and trucking accidents, work injuries, unsafe products, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, property hazards, insurance disputes, consumer abuses, wrongful death, and other areas of civil law.
In his time away from the office, Mr. Berger enjoys traveling, drinking Cashua Fresh Roasted Coffee, playing dominoes, engaging in community projects, and writing.
