Daniel Berke has over fourteen (14) years of experience as a trial attorney. He is licensed to practice law in New York, California and Connecticut. Mr. Berke has obtained recoveries at trial in excess of $1,000,000, including a recent construction accident case resulting in a settlement of $1,750,000, and motor vehicle accident cases which settled for $1,400,000 and $1,500,000.
Daniel Berke handles cases involving disputes among business partners as well as cases involving seriously injured persons.
Daniel Berke attended UCLA School of Law. During law school, he interned for the United States Attorney’s Office Central District of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
